The officers are the managers of Baby Wipes who make marketing decisions day by day, or during special events. As Officers, they have:
Office (Operations) Manager
Performs day-to-day activities to support the office in project management, inventory management, and project collection. This position shall also be known as the Executive Director (ED).
Project Coordinator Officer
The project coordinator shall help organize projects, programs, fundraisers, and special events.
Volunteer Coordinator Officer
The Volunteer Coordinator shall recruit and organize volunteers to complete volunteer deliveries, volunteer organizing, and volunteer consolidating.
Safety Officer
Performs safety measures in the office and special events.
Goals of Baby Wipez & Officers
- To receive monetary $2,000 in donations from community businesses and private donations to cover operational costs.
- Collect 84 (7 families per month) packs of wipes per month.
- Collect 2,016 (14 families per month) packs of wipes for annual collection.
